Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research in order to have good understanding of a role and job requirements from client
  • Support recruitment consultant in sourcing of right profile for assigned job
  • Conduct phone screening on potential candidate or candidate apply for job
  • Posting job ads to relevant job portal and social media platforms
  • Working closely with recruitment consultant to arrange phone, video, or in-person interviews for candidate
  • Sharing most suitable profiles of candidate to recruitment consultant within committed timeline
  • Savvy on our recruitment tools to achieve effective sourcing outcome
  • Ensure good candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Achieve KPI set by the management

Requirements:

  • This job opportunity is open for fresh graduate or candidate without recruitment experience but passionate to venture into recruitment industry.
  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • Good communication skills and good command of English
  • Candidates that are keen to venture into recruitment industry or Human Resource profession are welcome to apply.
