Customer Service & Relationship Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries through phone, email, or social platforms.
  • Provide professional and timely responses to customers, ensuring a positive service experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Handle after-sales support, complaints, and service recovery when needed.

Customer Success Support

  • Guide customers through onboarding and product adoption to ensure smooth usage of Mesinkira solutions.
  • Identify customer needs and collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Sales, Operations) to provide effective solutions.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively address potential challenges.
  • Prepare summaries, feedback reports, and customer insights to support continuous improvement.

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems accordingly.
  • Assist with documentation, follow-up tasks, and coordination with internal departments.
  • Participate in training sessions and initiatives to enhance overall customer experience.

Sales & Revenue Support

  • Promote and sell company products and services to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients (online and offline).
  • Assist in follow-ups with leads, quotations, and closing sales.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or related roles (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM4,600.00 per month
