Job Responsibilities:

Sales Report & Analysis

  • Generate daily sales updates and performance reporting at primary level for key account, national, and regional review.

  • Prepare and distribute:

  • Daily sales reports by SN/CD

  • Daily sales tracking vs channel forecast
  • Market Return Reports
  • Sales KPIs and Distributor KPI tracking reports
  • Provide insights and analysis to support sales performance monitoring.

Sales Team Support

  • Provide administrative support to field sales teams, including sales tools, forms, system access, and promotional information.
  • Coordinate and support trade promotions, product launches, and field initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing sales meeting materials, presentations, and follow-up action items.
  • Manage and prepare Distributor Ullage Reports.

Distributor Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for distributor or key customer enquiries related to sales operations, pricing, or product information.
  • Support distributors on system usage, claim documentation, and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.

Process & Compliance

  • Ensure sales processes comply with company policies, SOPs, and compliance guidelines.
  • Assist with audits by preparing required documentation and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in General/Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in service industries or support roles at management level, preferably in sales support, sales operations, or order management.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with sales enablement tools and related technologies.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and maintain high accuracy in reporting and processes.
