Summary

This role will be the
strategic partner to our commercial Global Telesales (GTS) team
, designing hyper-localized acquisition strategies—including industry-specific plays—while owning end-to-end growth for our
Portal
(cross-border payment platform interface) and
Mobile App
in the region. By translating global campaigns into locally relevant tactics and driving digital-first engagement, you'll directly impact revenue growth and market share.

  • Build and enhance in-portal and in-app user journeys to improve the
    conversion rate of organic prospects
    with the regional GTS team.
  • In-portal/In-App user notification planning and execution.

Responsibilities

Regional Acquisition Strategy & Industry Focus

  • Partner with GTS Leadership to design/execute the regional
    SME acquisition strategy
    , balancing broad-market and industry-specific approaches (e.g., e-commerce exporters, SaaS, logistics, marketing, etc).
  • Identify high-potential verticals and develop
    tailored industry playbooks
    (messaging, channels, incentives, partnership hooks).
  • Analyze market/competitor trends to uncover whitespace opportunities.

Portal & App User Acquisition Ownership

  • Serve as the primary regional POC for Portal registration & activation and Mobile App download/usage, owning KPIs for
    digital funnel conversion
    .
  • Design & execute localized onboarding journeys (e.g., app-exclusive offers) to drive SME sign-ups and product adoption.
  • Collaborate with APP Product and BGO Teams to advocate for region-specific feature needs and test growth experiments (e.g., QR code sign-ups, app referral bonuses).
  • Develop
    "Digital-First" acquisition programs
    targeting mobile-centric SME segments.

In-portal/In-app Notification & Campaign Execution

  • In-portal/In-App user notification planning and execution (Service notification/payout or collection channels suspension/Important news).
  • Build geo-targeted campaigns across in-portal/in-app display channels (banners, in-box messages).
  • Implement & analyse
    A/B tests
    (landing pages, incentives, CTAs) to optimize conversion.

GTS Enablement & Insights

  • Arm GTS (sales/account management) with industry-specific toolkits, talking points, and lead-nurturing sequences.
  • Provide data-driven insight on SMB segment behaviour, campaign performance, and funnel bottlenecks.
  • Support GTS in executing localized referral/re-engagement campaigns with existing clients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Global Growth Ops:
    Localize global playbooks, share regional performance data.
  • Product/Marketing:
    Provide user feedback, coordinate app/portal feature launches.
  • Partnership COE:
    Design bundled offers for eco-partners to drive app/portal adoption.
  • Analytics:
    Define regional tracking requirements and attribution models.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience:
    5+ years
    in performance/growth marketing, digital acquisition, or commercial strategy, ideally in B2B fintech/payments/e-commerce.
  • Regional Expertise:
    Understanding of the
    UK & EMEA markets
    is preferred
  • Acquisition Mastery:
    Proven success with
    multi-channel campaigns
    (paid/organic/email, etc), funnel optimization, and localization.
  • Commercial Acumen:
    Ability to translate business goals into actionable growth tactics with clear ROI.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Significant experience in the
    e-commerce ecosystem, cross-border payment and technology sectors is preferred
    . Deep familiarity with cross-border e-commerce challenges, service providers, and marketplaces is preferable. Experience working with SMEs is a strong plus.
