Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to support our sales activities and maintain strong relationships with partners and end users. This role involves identifying and engaging potential distributors, reactivating inactive partners, following up on leads, and providing timely updates on promotions, product launches, and stock status. You will also handle sales reporting and serve as the key point of contact for sales support-related tasks.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and establish relationships with potential distributors, partners, and end users.
  • Build and follow up with potential customers (partners and end users).
  • Re-establish rapport with inactive partners.
  • Communicate timely updates on promotions and new product launches.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding stock delivery status.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners on sales support-related tasks.
  • Perform any additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

  • Relevant inside sales working experiences, and preferably in Networking or CCTV industry.
  • Have strong relationship partner management skills.
  • Resourceful and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • Positive attitude, independent, self-driven, self-motivated and good coordination skills.
