Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Strategy Planning: Conduct in-depth analysis of the business needs of overseas financial institution key accounts and the market environment to develop targeted market entry and expansion strategies for fintech products.

  2. Sales Target Achievement & Key Account Development: Be responsible for sales to major clients in the overseas financial industry, achieving set sales targets, with a focus on developing and signing large-scale clients of strategic value.

  3. Customer Insight & Solution Selling: Accurately identify client pain points, lead the design and presentation of customized solutions, oversee technical demonstrations, Proof of Concept tests, and commercial negotiations, and coordinate internal technical resources to ensure successful project delivery.

  4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, R&D, and other departments to convey overseas market feedback, driving product optimization and localization support, such as facilitating feature iterations that comply with international certification standards.

Qualifications:

  1. Solid industry background and mature business acumen.

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

  1. Proficient in English, capable of using it as a working language for efficient business communication and solution presentations.

  2. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience targeting overseas financial industry clients, with a proven sales track record and verifiable performance history preferred.

  3. Exceptional customer relationship management and channel development skills, with the ability to establish long-term, stable business relationships with overseas clients and partners.

  4. Familiarity with fintech market trends, regulatory policies, and cultural differences in various regions (e.g., Latin America, Southeast Asia), enabling the development of tailored sales strategies.
