Job Scope:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Coordinate interview schedules, pre-employment checks, offer letters, and hiring documentation.
- Track and report hiring KPIs (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, turnover data, etc.).
2. Training & Development
- Identify training needs by collaborating with department heads and conducting skill gap analyses.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
- Maintain training records, attendance, evaluations, and training effectiveness reports.
3. Culture, Engagement & Events
- Plan, organize, and execute company events such as annual dinners, team-building, festive celebrations, and employee engagement activities.
- Develop culture-building initiatives to strengthen company values and a positive working environment.
- Support the People & Culture department in driving employee engagement surveys and follow-up action plans.
4. HR Operations & Support
- Assist in HR administrative tasks
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as required.
Handle employee queries professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute events and engagement activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to engage with all levels across the company.
- People-oriented, empathetic, and passionate about building a positive company culture.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing in English is mandatory, and Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- 1 years of experience in the field or fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
