  • Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials for production, Sales/Marketing, Packaging related supplies and etc.
  • Negotiate with suppliers on pricing and delivery.
  • Liaise with suppliers/internal on unacceptable goods.
  • Issue Purchase Order, review deliveries, coordinate internally and process incoming material.
  • Plan and schedule materials to meet production and delivery requirements.
  • Maintain packaging materials in Excel File.
  • Ensure all shipping documents proper and complete to meet custom clearance requirements prior to shipment.
  • Collaborate with production, warehouse and sales to determine materials needed to meet production flow.
  • Involve in stock audit and stock movements control.
  • Perform any ad-hoc task assigned by superior or management.

Job Requirements;

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management/Business Administration/Marketing/Accounting.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of work experience.
  • Good Planning and coordination skills.
  • Full of responsibility and follow the deadlines.
  • Independent, positive work attitude & good interpersonal skill
  • Able to work under stressful & fast pace environment

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
