Kami sedang mencari seorang Admin yang berdisiplin dan bertanggungjawab untuk menyokong operasi harian restoran serta membantu pemilik perniagaan dalam urusan pentadbiran, akaun asas dan HR.
Skop Tanggungjawab
- Mengurus dan menyusun dokumen asas Akaun dan Sumber Manusia (HR).
- Menyediakan payroll, payslip serta mengurus surat-menyurat kakitangan.
- Melaksanakan tugas asas perakaunan termasuk bookkeeping, reconciliation dan penyimpanan rekod kewangan.
- Memantau dan membuat susulan terhadap operasi harian bagi memastikan kelancaran kerja.
- Memantau disiplin kakitangan (kehadiran, cuti, waktu bekerja) dan melaporkan kepada pihak pengurusan.
- Bertindak sebagai individu sokongan kedua dalam pemantauan operasi harian.
- Berurusan dengan perunding luar (akaun, HR) serta pembekal dan vendor.
- Mengurus proses perolehan asas termasuk permintaan sebut harga, pembelian dan susulan penghantaran.
- Memantau tarikh penting seperti bayaran, penyerahan dokumen, pembaharuan dan mesyuarat.
- Membuat susulan terhadap arahan dan keputusan pemilik perniagaan.
- Bertindak sebagai penapis awal bagi isu operasi kecil sebelum dirujuk kepada pemilik.
- Membantu urusan penutupan cashier dan semakan laporan POS sahaja.
- Membantu penyediaan dan pengemaskinian SOP asas operasi restoran.
Kelayakan
- Mempunyai kemahiran organisasi dan pengurusan kerja yang baik.
- Memahami asas pentadbiran dan perakaunan (pengalaman dalam industri F&B adalah kelebihan).
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets dan aplikasi komunikasi asas.
- Bersikap bertanggungjawab, teliti dan mampu bekerja secara berdikari.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
