Junior Maintenance & Reliability Engineer Malaysia

You find answers to diverse asset, maintenance and reliability problems that drives the operational maintenance costs low and creates high reliability equipment of our customers. You will be working within the Energy industry, Oil & Gas industry and Chemical industries. You will help industrial facilities develop the most effective maintenance processes and use the best equipment reliability practices and methods.

As a maintenance consultant you support and advice our clients at an operational level in Maintenance Management. You coordinate Maintenance Management improvement projects on behalf of our clients. You establish a sound foundation in Maintenance Management Consultancy Services by continuously assisting in and contributing to the development of the Maintenance Management Services.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of root cause analyses, fault tree analyses, interest in the petro-chemical en process industry
  • Junior in practical application from idea (conceptual and/or technical) to operational organization
  • Keywords: business builder, practical approach, motivator on operational level, drive and ambition to excel, creative
  • Executing Quick Scan within large organizations
  • Reliability and maintainability improvement
  • Ambitious and eager to develop maintenance management skills

Job requirements

  • BSc. (Ing.) Degree in a technical engineering discipline or a comparable level achieved by working experience.
  • Up to date knowledge of developments on Maintenance Management methodologies.
  • Good communication skills, diplomacy and representative.
  • Service minded and a pro-active attitude.
  • Safety First mentality.
  • Structural method of work and analytical capabilities.
  • Have the flexibility to work overseas in a multi-cultural environment.
