Payroll Assistant

- Process and manage payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Calculate salaries, wages, overtime and deductions accurately based on timesheets and other relevant data.
- Process employee claims for benefits such as medical dental and optical coverage.
- Communicate benefits information to employees, including eligibility criteria, coverage options and enrollments procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, tax regulations and company policies related to payroll and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with Finance teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data records of employee payroll and benefits information.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll and benefits data in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to payroll processing, benefit enrollment and claim administration.
- Assist in conducting audits of payroll and benefits records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements :
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
