  • Process and manage payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
  • Calculate salaries, wages, overtime and deductions accurately based on timesheets and other relevant data.
  • Process employee claims for benefits such as medical dental and optical coverage.
  • Communicate benefits information to employees, including eligibility criteria, coverage options and enrollments procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, tax regulations and company policies related to payroll and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with Finance teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data records of employee payroll and benefits information.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll and benefits data in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to payroll processing, benefit enrollment and claim administration.
  • Assist in conducting audits of payroll and benefits records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
