Who You Are
You're a strategic and results-driven sales professional with deep experience in dealer/channel management and business development. You thrive on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning market insights into commercial success.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5–8 years' experience in business development, sales, or dealer/channel management.
  • Experience in furniture, interiors, building materials, or B2B solutions.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin (Cantonese a plus).

Desired Skills And Experience

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Existing relationships with A&D firms and corporate clients in Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to interpret project specifications and pricing structures.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and close new business opportunities across corporate, government, and private sectors.
  • Manage and grow dealer networks to achieve sales and margin targets.
  • Influence project specifications through engagement with A&D firms and consultants.
  • Provide market insights to shape go-to-market strategies and regional planning.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting for leadership visibility
