Account Executive / Account Assistant

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Accountancy.

Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Familiar with SQL Accounting Software, ERP systems Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other accounting tools.

Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial reports in compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).

Liaise with branches and associate companies on accounting-related matters.

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.

Maintain orderly accounting records and filing systems for audit and compliance purposes.

Assist in financial accounting and reporting, including month-end and year-end closing.

Monitor and manage monthly cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity.

Supervise and closely monitor credit control and collection processes to minimize overdue debts.

Support external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities during statutory submissions (SST, tax, EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.).

Perform any other duties or assignments as directed by the supervisor.
