  1. Identify potential clients in the agriculture sector and develop new business opportunities
  2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of heavy machineries and agriculture implements.
  3. Develop sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned targets
  4. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and financing options with clients
  5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  6. Understand clients' farming needs and recommend appropriate machinery solutions
  7. Provide after-sales support and coordinate service/maintenance schedules
  8. Maintain detailed knowledge of tractors, implements, attachments, and technical specifications
  9. Advise clients on equipment operation, efficiency, and optimal use
  10. Stay updated on agriculture trends, new machinery innovations, and competitor offerings
  11. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
  12. Ensure all sales contracts, warranties, and compliance requirements are properly documented
  13. Work with marketing and service teams to support sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  14. Coordinate equipment delivery, installation, and training for customers
  15. Represent the company at agricultural fairs, exhibitions, and field days.
  16. Any other adhoc duties when assigned and involve to company SCS Groups.
