Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with the configuration and setup of services.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while driving positive customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Offer clear and concise solutions to customers, addressing their needs and inquiries effectively.
  • Guide customers patiently toward self-help solutions through our support portals and resources.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to Microsoft 365, Office 365, and cloud services, providing clear, actionable solutions.
  • Offer proactive solutions to prevent recurring issues and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Liaise with customers through various communication channels, including phone calls, tickets, and other support platforms.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of issues, solutions, and best practices in the knowledge base for future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to stay updated on the latest features, tools, and products related to Microsoft 365/Office 365, cloud services, and related technologies.
  • Meeting with client and provide the technical aspects of services, providing clear and detailed explanations of service we provide.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Have minimum 1-2 years of experience in an Information Technology environment focusing on Microsoft 365.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other Office 365 applications.
  • Strong command of English, excellent verbal and presentation skills, great interpersonal skills, and experience in international collaboration are mandatory.
  • Experience in preparing valuable presentation slides for relevant audiences.
  • Has good organization skills, self-initiative, and commitment with a high degree of flexibility and resiliency.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and contribute to team efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
