Job Descriptions

  • Develops key performance index (KPIs), policies and procedures for warehouse and logistic activities.
  • To plan, organize, coordinate and manage the warehouse operation in order to ensure the right products are deliver to the right location on time and at a good cost.
  • To communicate with management, inter-department related personal and transporter regularly to ensure quality and delivery standards are upheld.
  • Responsible for overseeing the inventory management and strictly control inventory levels in order to meet internal and external demand of products.
  • To plan warehouse layout and space to prevent loss or damage of goods and optimize the warehouse space.
  • Ensure effective cycle counting and stock accuracy, perform FIFO principle and 5S system.
  • Maintain documentation transaction database and incoming records with relevant documentation.
  • To ensure all warehouse and logistic reports and documentations are record timely and accurately.
  • Effectively manage employee, providing positive working environment and handle employee issues appropriately in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for high standards of warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Develop and manage performance level by driving root cause analysis and corrective action to streamline the warehouse management process across all branches.
  • 制定仓储与物流活动的关键绩效指标(KPI)、政策与操作流程。
  • 规划、组织、协调并管理仓库运营,确保正确的产品以合适的成本、准时送达正确地点。
  • 定期与管理层、相关部门人员及运输方沟通,确保质量与交付标准得以维持。
  • 负责监督库存管理,严格控制库存水平,以满足产品的内部与外部需求。
  • 规划仓库布局与空间使用,防止货物损失或损坏,并优化仓储空间利用率。
  • 确保有效执行循环盘点与库存准确性,落实先进先出(FIFO)原则及5S管理制度。
  • 维护交易记录数据库与来货记录,确保相关文件齐全并妥善保存。
  • 确保所有仓储与物流报告及相关文件记录及时且准确。
  • 有效管理员工,营造积极的工作环境,及时并妥善处理员工问题。
  • 负责维护高标准的仓库安全、清洁与组织管理。
  • 通过推动根本原因分析与纠正措施,持续提升各分仓的仓储管理流程与绩效水平。

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess Degree in Business Administration, Warehouse/Logistics Management or equivalent.

  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in a similar capacity preferably from food manufacturing industry.

  • Good knowledge of GMP, OSHA, HACCP ,HALAL & other relevant processes.

  • Possess excellent problem solving, organizational skills and attention to details and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of forklift / material handling equipment operations
  • Good interpersonal relationship with internal and external parties.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
