We're a growingclothing manufacturer (T2U HOUSE owned by move on sdn bhd) with divisions in production team, sales/marketing, and event organizing (SUPER APPS). Our design team plays a key role in turning ideas into real products — from apparel to campaigns. We move fast, value ownership, and believe results matter more than clocking hours. our strength is custom made tee/jersey.

we are currently collaborating with SRG (Selangor Red Giant) e-sports for performance wear.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies/plans for clothing/uniforms (e.g. target 10-20 new B2B /B2C clients quarterly).
  • Team leadersip
  • Build/manage client relationships (B2B: factories, hotels) (e.g, site visits, follow-ups).
  • Execute sales: prospect, demos, quotes, close deals (e.g.convert 30% leads).
  • Achieve targets (e.g. quarterly revenue).
  • Manage sales processes: CRM, forecasting, reporting (e.g.monthly dashboards).
  • Proactively explore new markets/areas; approach potential customers (e.g. factories, hotels)
  • Negotiate contracts; handle after-sales (e.g., resolve uniform fit issues).

What We're Looking For

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years sales in clothing/uniforms (e.g. B2B/ B2C apparel).
  • Strong product knowledge in clothing/uniforms (fabrics, sizing, customization).
  • Leadership: Team guidance, motivation.
  • Communication: Bilingual (Chinese/BM/English), negotiation.
  • Strategic: Planning, market analysis.
  • Analytical: CRM (e.g. Excel/ERP), forecasting.
  • Own transport; willing to travel (Klang Valley)

Working Culture & Compensation

  • Annual Bonus / 13th Month Salary: Bonus is pro-rated if employment is less than 12 months.

  • RM3500-RM6500 (basic salary + Allowance + Commission) (uncapped on exceeding quota)
  • Own transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM6,000.00 per month
