Job scope:

  • Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy in line with Company objective.
  • Develop short term and long-term business strategy based on market analysis.
  • Identify potential markets for Auto Loan (Hire Purchase) and development.
  • Forecast market trends, analyze competition, new products, and pricing in order to recommend changes of strategy to marketing and business development strategy.
  • Lead a marketing team to achieve assigned target.
  • Work closely with credit department on credit policies and review from time to time.
  • Ability to train and motivate staff to perform as expectation.
  • Other task assigned by superior.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor 's Degree in Marketing or Business preferred or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years marketing experience in Credit/Leasing/Financing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving business target.
  • Strong marketing network especially in Hire Purchase industry.
  • Highly organized, motivated and result oriented.
  • Excellent administrative and managerial skills
  • Excellent leadership abilities.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Proficient in Power Point and MS office suite.
