Job Description:
- Work with sales operations to understand and implement company products, services, and sales processes.
- Support the local sales team in achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive insights.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure a sales-first approach.
- Act as a buddy to the assigned department, gaining deep exposure to daily sales operations.
- Develop strong negotiation, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills to achieve business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships critical to business success.
- Motivate and guide diverse sales teams across regions/channels.
- Independently analyze business situations and make timely, data-driven decisions.
- Adjust strategies flexibly based on feedback and market dynamics.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–4 years of Sales Management experience (any industry).
- Demonstrate strong bilingual communication skills (Mandarin & English) (this role requires to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders)
- Sales/Marketing internship or project experience is mandatory.
- Valid Work Visa category eligibility.
- Willingness to relocate to Kerala and travel as per business needs.
- Candidates must be willing and available to work onsite from OPPO Kerala, Cochin Office.
