2.Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate communication and support.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Provide administrative assistance to team members and management.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workplace environment.
  • Manage office inventory and supplies.
  • Coordinate meetings and handle logistics.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure coordination.

3.Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in administrative work or related field.
