Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Petaling Jaya for a
Business Development and Marketing Support
position. The role includes supporting business development activities, assisting with lead generation, preparing proposals and presentation materials, conducting market research, and helping to maintain client relationships. You will also support marketing activities, contribute creative ideas, and assist in producing visuals for campaigns. As part of a close-knit startup team, you will work closely with colleagues across departments to drive growth and improve processes.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are welcome; one to two years of experience is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills
  • Market research abilities and experience in lead generation or supporting campaigns
  • Open-minded, willing to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Interest in fintech and financial services
  • Good eye for visuals and ability to use tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, or Canva
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
