  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly financial management reports and accounts.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage cash flow, working capital and treasury functions.
  • Oversee the daily financial operations, budgeting and taxation functions.
  • Examinate and improve areas of internal controls and ensure proper maintenance of financial records.
  • Budgetary control and budget preparation.
  • Liaise with auditors in respect of audits, compliance and risk management issues.
  • Liaise with banker, auditors, tax agents, company secretary & other statutory
  • Plan, organize, lead and motivate team members in Finance Department.
  • Undertake specific assignments as instructed from time to time

MANAGEMENT & ACCOUNTING

  • Work with individuals from all function areas in preparing, analyzing and communicating information to provide relevant, accurate, timely information that will be helpful to the management for decision-making.

FINANCIAL & TAXATION

  • Review monthly management accounts, balance sheet schedules and key performance indicators.
  • Review and ensure financial statements are prepared according to accounting standards.
  • Responsible for year-end closing and liaison with external auditors for annual financial audit.
  • Liaising with external auditors and tax agent to ensure compliance with statutory audit/tax requirements.
  • Review tax estimates and tax submission to the Inland Revenue Authority.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and work as a team.
  • Good communication and interaction skills.
  • Must have an eye for details.
  • Planning and organizing skills.
  • Result oriented and has a right sense of urgency.
  • Organized with an ability to meet deadlines.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. (ACCA/CIMA/MIA).
  • At least 8 years of working experience in the related files is required for this position.
  • Preferably candidate with audit experience.
  • Preferably managers specializing in Finance - Property Development.
  • Preferably familiar with property development/construction industry.
  • Preferably good IT knowledge.
  • Able to handle all matters in private and confidential manner.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work independent.
  • Those who are able to work in short notice are preferred.
  • Working 5 days a week. (Monday to Friday)
