Our client is a high-growth FinTech innovating at the intersection of Trade, Supply Chain, and Working Capital technology across ASEAN. As the firm accelerates its regional footprint, we are seeking a senior commercial leader to spearhead enterprise and FI sales, deepen strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth in key markets.

Role Overview

This is a pivotal commercial leadership role responsible for originating, shaping, and closing end-to-end trade and supply chain finance opportunities. You will partner closely with Customer Success, Client Solutions, Product, Marketing, Technology, Legal/Compliance, and Finance to deliver integrated, high-impact solutions.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned FinTech/Trade Finance sales professional with a consultative approach, strong networks across corporates and financial institutions, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders across Treasury, Finance, Procurement, and Sales functions. You must be comfortable owning deals from origination to execution, while navigating complex supply chain finance ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Execution

Build, expand, and convert a high-quality sales pipeline across corporates, MNCs, Asian conglomerates, FIs/Banks, and NBFIs.

Craft and execute strategic sales plans aligned to corporate growth objectives across ASEAN.

Lead, mentor, and guide the sales team; set performance metrics and ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets.

Drive full-cycle deal execution — from prospecting to solutioning, negotiations, and closure.

Client Engagement & Origination

Leverage strong C-suite and senior-level networks to open doors and accelerate deal flow, particularly in supply chain financing.

Conduct compelling, insight-driven sales pitches and workshops with enterprise clients.

Identify opportunities across industry trends and align solutions to client needs.

Expand business presence into new markets and deepen penetration in existing ones.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work with Product and Technology teams to align solutions with market demand.

Partner with Marketing to shape go-to-market strategies and market activation.

Coordinate with Legal/Compliance and Finance to structure commercially viable proposals.

Maintain strong relationships with ecosystem partners to unlock joint opportunities.

Governance & Relationship Management

Maintain a robust network within the financial services ecosystem to generate consistent opportunities.

Drive commercial discussions focused on long-term profitability and sustainable relationships.

Provide management with market intelligence, competitive insights, and strategic recommendations.

Job Requirements

Experience & Domain Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, IT, Engineering, or related fields from a reputable institution.

8+ years of proven success in financial services, FinTech, trade finance, supply chain finance, platform/SaaS, or enterprise solution sales.

Strong track record selling to Treasury, Procurement, Shared Services Centres, RTCs, and senior stakeholders across Asia.

Deep understanding of open-account trade, supply chain finance, receivables financing, distributor finance, and related domains.

Experience engaging with Financial Institutions is advantageous.
