Recruitment

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment from job posting, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Conduct workforce planning to identify staffing needs.

HR Data & Reporting

  • Assist in monthly payroll processing, including time attendance checking, claims, and statutory contributions;
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary records, and maintain compliance with company policies and Employment Act 1955 (Amendment 2022);

Performance Management

  • Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
  • Work with department heads to set performance goals and provide feedback.
  • Address performance issues with coaching and development plans.

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Maintain and update HR policies in line with changing legal requirements and best practices.
  • Ensure the organization complies with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements.
  • Handle disciplinary processes and termination procedures in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
