Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute franchise recruitment strategies to meet business expansion targets.
  • Identify and engage potential franchisees through market research, networking, and leveraging existing resources.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in franchise recruitment, business development, or sales roles within the F&B (food & beverage), retail, or chain restaurant industries.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Proven success in channel development and achieving sales/franchise recruitment targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Resources:

  • Existing network of potential franchisees or investors in the F&B/retail sector is a strong advantage.

Education:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).

Core Competencies

  • Market Expansion Expertise – Ability to identify and attract high-potential franchise partners.
  • Deal Closing & Sales Acumen – Skilled in converting leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Strategic Planning – Develop actionable plans based on market analysis and KPIs.

考核指标:

  • 签约门店数(核心指标):每月/每季度完成的签约目标
  • 签约转化率:有效意向客户转化为加盟商的比例
  • 跟进效率:对加盟商的响应速度、跟进情况
  • 市场拓展能力:新渠道开发数量、新商机来源数量

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
