Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute franchise recruitment strategies to meet business expansion targets.
- Identify and engage potential franchisees through market research, networking, and leveraging existing resources.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in franchise recruitment, business development, or sales roles within the F&B (food & beverage), retail, or chain restaurant industries.
Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and drive data-driven decisions.
- Proven success in channel development and achieving sales/franchise recruitment targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Resources:
- Existing network of potential franchisees or investors in the F&B/retail sector is a strong advantage.
Education:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
Core Competencies
- Market Expansion Expertise – Ability to identify and attract high-potential franchise partners.
- Deal Closing & Sales Acumen – Skilled in converting leads into long-term partnerships.
Strategic Planning – Develop actionable plans based on market analysis and KPIs.

- 签约门店数(核心指标):每月/每季度完成的签约目标
- 签约转化率:有效意向客户转化为加盟商的比例
- 跟进效率:对加盟商的响应速度、跟进情况
- 市场拓展能力:新渠道开发数量、新商机来源数量
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
