We're looking for a
proactive and people-driven Talent Acquisition Partner
to join our HR team. If you enjoy connecting with people, managing full-cycle recruitment, and bringing creative ideas to employer branding — this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    full-cycle recruitment
    : sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Partner with
    hiring managers
    to understand talent needs and build
    strong pipelines
    .
  • Drive
    employer branding
    activities across social media and career events.
  • Use
    ATS (Moka HR)
    and
    digital tools
    to manage and optimise recruitment processes.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders for a smooth hiring experience.

Key Skills & Capabilities:

  • Solid experience in
    end-to-end recruitment
    (2–3 years).
  • Strong
    sourcing skills
    across job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social platforms.
  • Proficient in
    ATS
    and
    HR systems
    ; organised and able to manage multiple roles.
  • Excellent
    communication
    and
    interpersonal skills
    .
  • Creative
    with fresh ideas for
    employer branding
    and talent engagement.
  • Fluent in
    English and Mandarin
    (written & spoken).
