Talent Acquisition Partner (2–3 Years Experience)
We're looking for a proactive and people-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team. If you enjoy connecting with people, managing full-cycle recruitment, and bringing creative ideas to employer branding — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and build strong pipelines.
- Drive employer branding activities across social media and career events.
- Use ATS (Moka HR) and digital tools to manage and optimise recruitment processes.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders for a smooth hiring experience.
Key Skills & Capabilities:
- Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment (2–3 years).
- Strong sourcing skills across job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social platforms.
- Proficient in ATS and HR systems; organized and able to manage multiple roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative with fresh ideas for employer branding and talent engagement.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written & spoken).
