Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job summary:

This position is responsible for supporting the manager in managing recruitment activities across multiple functions and locations in Asia. Based in Penang, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in executing day-to-day recruitment tasks, sourcing candidates, and coordinating the hiring process to meet business needs. The role requires strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and attracting top talent.

You are expected to:

·       Support the manager in end-to-end recruitment activities.

·       Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing strategies.

·       Post job advertisements, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication.

·       Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels to build a strong talent pipeline.

·       Assist in organizing recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.

·       Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

·       Maintain and update recruitment records and reports using the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements:

·       Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

·       Strong communication and coordination skills.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with job portals and ATS tools.

·       Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines with attention to detail.

·       A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
