Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and expand sales opportunities through dealers, retail partners, and potential markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, farmers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Drive product awareness and brand visibility through exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing collaborations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and execute sales and market development plans aligned with company goals.
  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline, and profitability.
  • Achieve sales and profit targets accordingly.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in similar sales role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, analytical, and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willing to travel when required.
