Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including rooms, public areas, and laundry.
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards meet 5-star resort expectations.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping and laundry staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Develop cleaning schedules and maintain inventory of linens, supplies, and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms and public areas are guest-ready.
  • Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance for smooth room turnover and upkeep.
  • Manage departmental budgets, costs, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with resort and regulatory policies.
  • Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star hotel/resort.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for maintaining impeccable standards.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping operations, inventory control, and cleaning equipment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a large team.
