Job Overview:

Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, manage client meetings, coordinate consultants and subcontractors, and oversee the production of design and construction documents to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams and conduct client meetings.
  • Design and prepare construction documents; manage project execution.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for technical issues.
  • Oversee architectural production to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Write project plans, specifications, and coordinate all phases of construction.
  • Develop team plans, project schedules, and timelines.
  • Organize and lead project meetings.
  • Manage all project documentation.
  • Collaborate with and evaluate consultants and subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural or interior design environments.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical expertise in design and construction.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
