About the Role

We are looking for dynamic, ambitious individuals to join our Emerging Business Division (Business Banking) — a strategic unit focused on SME client acquisition, balance sheet growth, and driving revenue through innovative banking solutions.

As part of our high-performing team, you'll play a key role in expanding our presence in the local SME market and capturing foreign direct investments (FDIs) from key regional markets such as Singapore, Indonesia, China, and Hong Kong. You'll manage both onshore and offshore banking propositions, including Labuan-based accounts, with access to a broad suite of cash management and digital solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Acquire and onboard new SME and corporate clients through networking, referrals, and business development initiatives.
  • Promote the Bank's comprehensive range of Cash Management and Business Banking solutions.
  • Grow deposits and fee-based income while contributing to the team's balance sheet and revenue targets.
  • Facilitate corporate account openings (including Labuan and offshore accounts) for both local and foreign entities.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Identify market trends and provide feedback to help shape our evolving SME strategy.
