Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize databases for retail and marketing data.
- Collect, process, and analyze data from retail locations and field teams.
- Create reports in Excel and PowerPoint for insights and decision-making.
- Track and visualize data to measure retail performance and sales impact.
- Automate data processing for efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure data security and integrity by maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Work with the marketing department to improve campaign strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues affecting reporting.
Job Requirements:
- Possessed minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in database management, data analysis, or a related role.
- Familiar with using Microsoft Office – Excel & PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI) for analytics and reporting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with field marketing teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- Site visits are required for data collection.
