Customer Relations Officer

Location: Office is based at Menara Generali
Working hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm
Salary: RM2500 - RM3000
Employment Status: 1 year contract (Renewable basis)
Responsibilities
- Proactive handling of aftersales service queries from walk-in or call-in customers.
- Listen and understand customers' issues /feedback on product/s
- Document relevant details of inquiries, comments and complaints for follow up with Technical team to ensure product issues are accurately identified and resolved.
- Ensure each and every aftersales' customer case is thoroughly follow-through.
- Manage customer disputes or dissatisfaction and ensure complicated cases are escalated to the right department or higher authority
- Deliver personalized customer experience while ensuring consistency in service standards
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification or Diploma.
- At least 3 years of customer service experience with luxury/high-end goods.
- Excellent telephone etiquette with passion in customer service
- Team player with strong interpersonal & problem solving skills
- Computer literate in MS applications
- Well groom and presentable.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

- STM/STPM (Preferred)

- Customer service experience with luxury/high-end products: 3 years (Preferred)
