About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Lead to join the  team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expanding our partner network, and ensuring the success of our channel partners. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our indirect sales efforts and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective channel sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Deliver training, resources, and ongoing support to ensure partner success.
  • Monitor channel performance, analyze data, and generate regular reports to track progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align channel strategies with broader business goals.
  • Develop and execute marketing programs and campaigns tailored to support channel sales.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with channel partners.
  • Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Manage channel budgets and allocate resources efficiently to optimize ROI.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure channel success.
  • Work closely with the sales team to create joint strategies that drive growth.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on channel development activities and results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets through indirect sales channels.
  • Strong knowledge of channel sales strategies and partner management, particularly in the health and beauty retail sector.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Experience in designing and implementing marketing programs to support sales efforts.
  • In-depth understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to provide effective training and support to channel partners.
