Role Overview

As we continue to expand in Malaysia, we are seeking a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive to support our growth across the smart building, physical security, and smart data center markets. If you are passionate about solution selling, technology, and building strong customer relationships, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Sales Support

  • Assist in identifying, engaging, and managing prospective clients in smart building, physical security, and smart data center sectors.
  • Support senior sales in preparing proposals, presentations, solution demonstrations, and product briefings.
  • Learn and apply a consultative selling approach to align customer needs with DeltaFrontier's solutions.

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads from the private sector, public sector, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Participate in client meetings, site visits, and solution deployments where required.

Partner & Channel Collaboration

  • Assist in engaging ecosystem partners such as turnstile/lift suppliers, CCTV vendors, BMS integrators, facility tech companies, and data center providers.
  • Coordinate sales enablement activities including product training, materials preparation, and partner communications.

Sales Execution & Coordination

  • Support the execution of go-to-market activities, marketing campaigns, and joint initiatives with internal teams.
  • Prepare sales reports, follow-up documentation, and CRM updates to ensure accurate forecasting and tracking.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations and solution delivery.

Branding & Industry Engagement

  • Represent DeltaFrontier at trade shows, seminars, events, and exhibitions related to AIoT, security, and smart building industries.
  • Build strong relationships within the industry to strengthen brand visibility and opportunity generation.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account coordination (fresh graduates with strong interest in tech are welcome).
  • Experience or exposure in smart building, physical security, ICT, or digital transformation is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with government or enterprise sectors is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in English and Malay (BM), both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High willingness to learn about AIoT, smart building solutions, and system integration.
  • Good organizational, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.
  • Proactive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently when required.
