Are you an experienced Workday Integration Consultant ready to take on your next challenge? We're partnering with a global professional services organization to deliver innovative Workday integration solutions that power efficient HR and payroll operations across regions.

In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Workday integrations, with a strong emphasis on Workday Studio. You'll collaborate with both technical and functional teams, working within Agile frameworks to deliver reliable, scalable integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, enhance, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and integration workflows.
  • Estimate development efforts and provide clear task justifications.
  • Conduct analysis, design, and testing to ensure quality and compliance with best practices.
  • Review peer work to uphold technical standards and data integrity.
  • Support deployment and migration of integrations across Workday environments.
  • Partner with functional stakeholders to clarify field mappings, logic, and dependencies.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement post go-live.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to delivery planning and retrospectives.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in integration development, with at least 3 years specializing in Workday integrations.
  • Strong, hands-on experience with Workday Studio (required).
  • Knowledge of EIB, Core Connectors, and integration design principles.
  • Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments is an advantage.
