Identify areas where process improvements can be made across the organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvement initiatives.

Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for optimization.

Develop detailed process maps and documentation to help teams understand current workflows and pinpoint areas for improvement.

Partner with technology teams to explore opportunities for automation, aiming to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.

Develop and track key performance metrics to measure the success of process improvement initiatives and regularly communicate progress to stakeholders.

Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.

Monitor and stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to process improvement.

Maintain SME knowledge to support business operations, ensuring end-to-end understanding and management of processes from initiation to completion.

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to support daily business operations (BAU), troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions related to process and system queries.

Facilitate collaboration between business units to ensure alignment and consistency in process execution across departments.

Support change management activities to minimize disruption and ensure smooth transitions during process updates or implementations.

Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for leadership to highlight process improvement outcomes and ongoing challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Lean Six Sigma certification(s) will be an advantage.

  • Proven experience as a SME with end-to-end process knowledge and the ability to manage business-as-usual activities effectively.
