GM's PA Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support

  2. Assist the General Manager in managing day-to-day schedules, correspondence, and documentation.

  3. Prepare, organize, and maintain company records, reports, and official documents.
  4. Support general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and coordination with other departments.

  5. Claims & Financial Assistance

  6. Handle and prepare the General Manager's claims and reimbursements in accordance with company policies.

  7. Support in sub contractors, consultants, and slope projects financial claims
  8. Maintain proper record-keeping and ensure timely submission of financial documents.

  9. Information Gathering & Reporting

  10. Monitor media sources, social media, and newspapers for reports or public complaints related to flooding or potholes on roads.

  11. Compile, summarize, and report relevant information for management review and action.

  12. Coordination & Communication

  13. Liaise with internal departments, external agencies, and relevant authorities as instructed by the General Manager.

  14. Assist in follow-up actions on management instructions and ensure timely feedback.

  15. Support in Administrative Documentation

  16. Assist the Administration Department with document preparation, compilation, and record management.

  17. Support in formatting and reviewing official letters, memos, and internal communications.

  18. Other Duties

  19. Perform any other related tasks or special assignments as directed by the General Manager.
