Role Definition

Inside Sales Representative – supporting Corporate , Medium Business and Commercial.

Role Summary

Serves as primary point of contact to customer and leads overall account strategy and management. Builds relationships with decision makers and influencers.

Generate pipeline and engages specialists as needed. Leads Sales motions for client , server products , managed services and cloud solution ( via Phone, web or email) to specified customers to ensure positive customer experience.
Those who are experienced may be considered for a Team Lead role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owns overall Account strategy and account management
  • Responsible for prospecting & pipeline generation
  • Identifies, develops, manages, and closes business
  • Grows the account/ territory to maximum potential
  • Responsible for driving Inbound & outbound calls, emails & web interface
  • Drives qualifying opportunities, developing quotes, contract approval, and closing the opportunities
  • Focuses on new account development and/or expanding existing accounts
  • Responsibility for client, server, managed services and cloud portfolio
  • Partnering with Vendors ( Dell, HP, Lenovo, Huawei) for hardware fulfilment

Candidate Requirement

  • Degree in Business or IT computer sciences
  • Fresh graduates with some sales experience are welcomed
  • Experience in and outbound call center or a related sales position preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good organizational skills and the ability for multitask
