Overview:

The Medical Devices Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, fostering customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Medical Devices Sales Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure optimal performance and achievement of individual and team goals.

  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, healthcare professionals, and institutions.

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge and Training

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of our medical devices and stay updated on industry developments in women healthcare.

  • Conduct training sessions for the sales team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of product features and benefits.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting

  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports on sales performance.

  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams

  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.

  • Provide insights to support product enhancements and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

  • At least 5 years' experience in Medical Devices Sales Management is required

  • OT/case support experience is an added value

  • Proven experience in medical device sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyse market trends and translate them into effective sales strategies.

  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance.
