What You'll Be Doing:

  • Design and implement operational strategies to maximize outlet performance and sales contribution
  • Train, coach, and mentor sales staff to achieve individual and team targets
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service standards
  • Collaborate with management to implement promotions, marketing campaigns, and process improvements
