JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and maintain consistency for all outlets.
  2. Ensure compliance of company SOP, policies and procedures by outlets.
  3. To implement, organize and conduct audit to ensure highest level of customer service and QA at outlets.
  4. Responsible for new product development and implementation.
  5. To ensure effective management, training and development for all team members employed in the service outlet.
  6. Assist outlets in technical support to ensure smooth operations.
  7. Assist new franchise outlet opening to ensure smooth and operations.
  8. Assist in day-to-day operation and company event when needed.
  9. Assist in Halal application and audit planning

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Candidate must posses at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree Science in Food Science and Technology, Tourism.
  2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  3. General Industry experience: 1 to 2 years Ability to work closely with and support team members.
  4. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  5. Ability to meet timelines given to complete tasks.
  6. Fresh grads with the relevant background and prior experience will also be considered.
