Responsibilities:

  • Conducting outbound calls to potential customers in Singapore and Malaysia to promote our products or services.
  • Answer customer enquiries regarding loan terms, eligibility, and other related matters.
  • Engage with customers from diverse ethnic backgrounds, requiring fluency in English and Malay languages. Fluency in Mandarin preferred.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to schedule appointments for qualified leads and provide relevant information for an effective follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions.
  • Achieving or exceeding individual targets and goals related to lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to continuously improve processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and market changes to provide relevant information to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of previous experience in customer service or telemarketing preferred
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Malay is essential. Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Result-driven and goal-oriented mind-set with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn about loan products and processes.
  • Disciplined, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
