Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive (Strategy & Administrative Support) to assist the Business Strategy Manager in research, documentation, proposal development, and stakeholder coordination. This role also supports scheduling, meeting management, and day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Business Development Support

  • Conduct basic market research, gather data, and assist in preparing feasibility studies and business plans.
  • Support the development and updating of strategic roadmaps, trackers, and performance reports.
  • Assist in improving internal processes, systems, and workflows to enhance efficiency.

2. Proposal & Documentation Management

  • Coordinate and assist in preparing business proposals, investment decks, and other strategic documents.
  • Ensure all documents meet corporate standards and support informed decision-making.
  • Work with internal teams and external parties to gather and validate information.

3. Corporate Development Support

  • Manage scheduling, logistics, and preparation for meetings with external advisors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update databases of potential partners and industry contacts.
  • Prepare meeting notes, track follow-up actions, and support ongoing corporate development initiatives.

4. General & Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the HOD/CEO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 2–5 years' experience in corporate strategy, business development, or management consulting.
  • Strong analytical, research, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with solid experience in proposal writing and presentations.
  • Confident in stakeholder management and able to work effectively across all levels.
  • Familiar with corporate governance, board processes, and executive-level documentation.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on in driving execution.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
