Job Responsibilities:Perform timely and accurate payroll administration, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies;Prepare, compile, and submit various payroll reports and records to relevant authorities and departments.Participate in planning and implementing projects and programs to enhance payroll efficiency and system effectiveness.Address employee inquiries and grievances, ensuring confidentiality and respect.Counsel employees on disciplinary matters and conduct related investigations.Draft official letters for disciplinary actions and maintain related records, ensuring all case files are safe and retrievable.Plan and execute recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to ensure efficient, compliant and successful hiring experience.Identify candidates and build talent pipeline by using job boards, social media, and networking with educational institutions, career events and government bodies.Build relationships with departments to manage recruitment requisitions effectively and meets the business direction.What We're Looking ForDiploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or any other relevant field;Preferably candidates with at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Retail or F&B;Creative, self-starter, aggressive, posses good analytical skills, can do and positive mindset;Possess good interpersonal skills, high team spirit and able to communicate effectively with all levels of people;This role will be based at our HQ office located at Semantan, KLFlexi Work hours between 8am-6pm
