Customer Service Executive

JOB SCOPE:
- Attending to inbound cals, live chats and emails
- Respond to customers' general queries, complaints/feedbacks in a timely and accurate way.
- Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their mobile subscriptions, mobile plans, contract, mobile devices and monthly payments issues
- Manage customer complaints and feedback accordingly.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (no experience needed)
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to handle customer inquiries politely and professionally
- Team player with good problem-solving skills
- Able to work on rotational shift (including weekends and public holidays, if required)
- Can start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
