JOB SCOPE:

  • Attending to inbound cals, live chats and emails
  • Respond to customers' general queries, complaints/feedbacks in a timely and accurate way.
  • Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their mobile subscriptions, mobile plans, contract, mobile devices and monthly payments issues
  • Manage customer complaints and feedback accordingly.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (no experience needed)
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Able to handle customer inquiries politely and professionally
  • Team player with good problem-solving skills
  • Able to work on rotational shift (including weekends and public holidays, if required)
  • Can start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
