- Scheduling: Schedule meetings, events, and travel for executives
- Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Documentation: Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Travel: Arrange travel and accommodations for executives
- Facilities: Support new recruits with facilities and assets
- Coordination: Coordinate with other executive assistants and departments
- Leadership: Provide leadership support and cross-train other executive assistants
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality with sensitive data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Ad-hoc duties assign by supervisor / manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
