Job Description:
  • Together with the Technical Manager, in-charge of customer complaints for products, to conduct site briefings and site inspections from all entities.
  • Respond to customers queries regarding all type of technical issues in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
  • Work together with sales and technical colleagues to plan, co ordinate, attending to sites, i.e. to conduct pre-installation site briefing, site inspections, customer complaints, etc.
  • To attend to customer complaints, troubleshooting, and to prepare official reports in a stipulated time frame as specified by the management and update in the system.
  • Work closely with factory QAs in implementing corrective actions, preventive actions, etc. to resolve issues surfaced.
  • To prepare planned and execute activities and tasks assigned and report to management periodically.
  • To responsible for systematic arrangement of chemicals, utilities and tools.
  • To ensure office is clean and presentable.
Job Description:
  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering, QS, Architecture, Science or equivalent.
  • Eagar attitude with enthusiasm to learn new knowledge, skills and technologies.
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license.
  • Willing and able to work at construction sites when required.
  • Physically fit to perform the task as listed in job description.
  • Have high commitment and able to work independently and able to carry out assignments to completion within stipulated time frame and adhere to instruction given.
  • Knowledge in computer, ability to analyze data provided, and come out with action plan for problem solving or process improvement.
  • Good report writing skills, communication skills and good time management.
  • Able to handle complaints at site, and handle difficult customer.
  • Good interpersonal skills with internal and external customers.
