Key Responsibilities
- Billing & Charges
- Compile and verify transport charges, demurrage fees, or waiting time.
- Submit documents to the accounts department for billing or claim processing.
- General Administration
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and delivery-related inquiries.
- Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval of records.
- Support supervisors or managers with reports and clerical tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
